OLD BUSINESS
The background checks are almost done. Most have been returned. So far there aren’t any problems.
The promotions of John Bonney and Krista Horan from last month are going just fine. Luke commended Marian on her vision to ask for the promotions.

A proclamation was issued by Mayor Randy Bishop at the Twp meeting on February 11th , proclaiming March 3rd as “Read Across America” Day. Township Committee Members as well as Library Trustees have been asked to attend, to read to the children and help out with games and refreshments.
Marian is planning an “I Love My Library Luncheon” for Legislators and Librarians in New Jersey. It will be held on April 16th from 11:30 – 1:30. This is in conjunction with National Library Week and is an opportunity for librarians in the state to show what great things we are doing.
